Hi. I’m Kathy Caprino. In my 30+ years of high level work, I rose to the level of corporate VP, then became a marriage and family therapist, and finally transformed my entire career to executive and career coach, award-winning writer, leadership trainer, and international speaker geared to helping mid- to high-level professional women who are ready for more joyful, thrilling careers of significance and impact.
I’m a Senior Forbes contributor, author of two books (my first book, Breakdown, Breakthrough and my 2nd book, coming in 2020, on Close Your Power Gaps), and a top media expert on women, careers and leadership.
