About Kathy Caprino’s speaking programs:

Kathy Caprino, M.A., is an internationally-recognized women’s career and personal development coach, writer, leadership trainer and sought-after speaker. Drawing on her 18 years of experience as a corporate executive, along with her 12 years as a women’s coach, researcher, and trained therapist, she offers women fresh, new thinking and approaches for ‘finding brave’ in their lives and work, to help them reclaim passion, power and purpose and build lives and work of significance and impact.

Through her extensive research on the 12 ‘hidden” crises working women face today and how to overcome them (the findings of which are explored in her book Breakdown Breakthrough), and her current research on the 6 key action-orientation styles and women succeeding abundantly, Kathy demonstrates an ability to get to the root of critical professional and personal issues in an authentic, courageous and compassionate way, and engages audiences with messages that touch the heart and inspire change.
