About Kathy Caprino’s speaking programs:

An internationally-recognized women’s career, leadership and personal growth coach and consultant, writer, trainer and sought-after speaker, Kathy Caprino draws on her 18 years of experience as a corporate executive, along with her 12 years as a women’s success coach, researcher, and trained therapist to offer women fresh, new thinking and approaches for ‘finding brave’ in their lives and work, reclaiming passion, power and purpose.

Through her extensive research on the 12 ‘hidden” crises working women face today and how to overcome them (the findings of which are explored in her book Breakdown Breakthrough), and her current research on the 6 key action-orientation styles of career professionals today, Kathy demonstrates an ability to get to the root of important professional and personal issues in an authentic, courageous and compassionate way, and engages audiences with messages that touch the heart and inspire change.

Kathy has spoken at over 100 conferences, events, and organizations, to audiences ranging from national women’s organizations, teen leadership conferences and workshops, university alumni programs, corporate women’s diversity groups, training groups for female executives and emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, mom’s groups, women in transition, and parenting organizations. She has also taught at the graduate level at New York University, worked with hundreds of women in her Amazing Career Project and her Amazing Career Coach Certification courses, and conducted leadership training at numerous Fortune 100 companies.

Drawing on her writing for Forbes, Huffington Post, AARP’s Life Reimagined, and LinkedIn, and her work with over 12,000 professional women in 12 years, Kathy enlivens and empowers women with motivating strategies, tips and approaches that address real-world problems with real-life solutions.

Dedicated to helping women ‘find brave’ to work, lead and thrive with  passion, power, and purpose and build their happiest lives and livelihoods, Kathy is delighted to work with event organizations and planners to develop tailored programs that are relevant and meaningful to their specific audiences.
